Refund policy
Our book is sold through online retailers, who manage order processing, shipping, and returns according to their own policies. Please refer to the retailer’s website for details on their return and refund procedures.
As the publisher, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. However, if you receive:
• A damaged or defective copy
• The wrong item
You may be eligible for a replacement. To request support in these cases:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once approved, we will coordinate with you and/or the retailer to arrange a replacement or solution.
📦 Note: Shipping costs are typically non-refundable. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method through the retailer.
